Solved Everything opens with Windows Media Center

I did something to my Dell laptop, and now every application I try to open (i.e., sticky notes, video games) opens with a Windows Media Center screen that doesn't do anything. When I click the close button, another Windows Media Center screen pops up full size! WTFO?

Hello Spark, and welcome to Seven Forums.

You should be able to do a system restore at boot using a restore point dated before this happened to undo and fix this.
