I have tried to eliminate possibilities of this freezing and complete lock up being anything else. I've tried taking out USBs, hard drives, dvd rom drives, RAM, and after everything it locks up and I have to hard reset. I have tried reinstalling windows, reformatting both HDDs that I have as well as using safe mode which still makes it freeze. I can log in to windows, but as soon as I do anything it freezes.

The furthest I got was into a game or starting a video. Once the lock up happens once or twice, I receive no signal to my tv. No matter how times I reset it won't display a boot. I don't know what to look up in my BIOS if I need to either. If I leave it for a while, it seems to work again for long enough to log in again.

The first three things that come to mind are:
1. A over heating problem
2. A bad T.V.
3. Power supply.

*Have you been monitoring your temps?
*Try another monitor.
*Does you mother board have a video out so you don't have to use the video card?

***What power supply are you using?

The TV is fine, how can I check if it's an over heating problem or the power supply?

Sorry I have redoing another computer and it is taking a lot of my time.

The only way to find out what power supply you have is open your computer and look at the information on the sticker on the power supply.

Your specs show a custom build computer. You obviously bought it from somewhere or you would know what power supply you were using. You can also check the paper work that came with the computer.

Many use Speccy to monitor their temps.
