Evil Taskbar Background

I wanna change the background of my Taskbar.
So i found aero.msstyles and modified the "Icon is selected, unselected, flashing and hovering"
But i can't find the background for the taskbar.
Only thing i found on youtube is a 1x3 px image that changes your taskbar to 1 Color
but i want to change it to something like an image.

Would prefer to make that stand alone from the wallpaper but that is the alternative.

ARGH
So i opened up aero.msstyles.
And found 2 rows of 4 images that indicate how the "Icon is selected, unselected, flashing and hovering" looks like as stated before.
Changed them all to blue but it still flashes Blue/Yellow
what did i overlook?
is the flashing stored somewhere else?
