click setup ->
toggle advanced mode ->
click switch to interactive filtering mode ->
then exit utorrent and start it again. it should ask to allow outbound traffic for utorrent, allow it. and then it should ask to allow inbound traffic, allow it.
this metod has worked for me. i'm using eset smart security 4.
hope it helps

edit: nod32 and smart security are different but maybe the options are the same?
just wanted to post what worked for me in hopes of it helping you
