excluding things from defender and firewall.

How would i do that with windows firewall i think i see where i would do it with windows defender, but i dont see where you do it in windows firewall they are recommending to do this for people that are having stuttering issues with bfbc2. Also i was wondering if i added my whole steam folder so it wouldnt touch none of those games.

Normally things that need access through the firewall will ask for them at install. Since you are going through Steam, I am pretty sue that it is already allowed through, or else it would not be allowing you to play your games.
