.exe files not working

Hi,

I'm having a problem with my .exe files. If I click on .exe file, It doesn't work and hangs the computer or the software but works fine only in Safe Mode. Whenever, I try to open Skype, It never works.

Sometimes, when I use youtube video, It hangs the browser and then needs to be closed down from Task Manager.
