Just take s csreencapture using the Snipping Tool (type snip in the search box under the Start Orb), save it as a JPG file, and then use the paperclip icon shown here to upload it into your post.

Well delete erverything in quarantine if you don't have SP1 install it. And install all other updates and if everything works again than you're good to go also I recommend you to install an AV like avast (my favorite
