.exe programs appearing, antivirus & disk defrag unresponsive

Hi,

I think I may have a worm in my hard drive as .exe programs keep appearing in my drive - zozoz/jejej/mimim/roror etc. I am also unable to successfully download any scan software for McAfee. Originally had norton 360 and it became unresponsive - not opening. Disk Defrag is also refusing to run.

What should I do? wipe my hard drive and re-install the operating system? Windows 7 64 bit (2009) is what I am currently running.

Please uninstall Mcafee and Norton 360 by downloading their uninstall tools from the internet and replace them with MalwareBytes and Microsoft security essentials. Do full scans with them and post the results.
