i have done several online scans and the result was negative

nothing seemed to be working , i think it's new kind of trojan, even Kaspersky 2010 can't remove it, it only can block it. What am i supposed to do??

you might want to try this option first... dont know which will help more. since you said the file gets corrupted on the fly, you might want to do repair install.
