Well, FRED, I got a theory that the longer you are around technology (buying, using, breaking ) the more you care about it, even if said technology isn't really.... good. Hehe

As for the iPad, good for it! I my opinion, among the masses, is that it's just an oversized iPhone running 4.0 firmware. If Apple didn't put the same restrictions on the iPad as the iPod Touch/iPhone, it would be a much better product (and if they built it a bit sturdier, apparently... :shock

Running under the tap a bit extreme but the screen developed a pixelated bar after three falls onto the carpet.
That would be easy to do I imagine.

Yeah, he had a British accent in the beginning of the video and then his normal American accent when he was dropping it concrete.

It's no wonder they're selling so many if people are buying them and destroying them in novel ways so they can film themselves doing it. Very strange really.

That accent in the first vid has gotta be the worst ever. I really thought the guy had some hearing difficulties and mental impairment.
