Explorer Error found via command prompt

The following is a error I found running the sfc /scannow via the command prompt & I cannot find the fix for it. I didn't want to do a complete restore nor a repair simply because I'll loose items I deem valuable, any ideas on this one?

No! Since I have run the suggested IN FULL serveral times with no success!

I have also ran:
Malwarebytes - ALL CLEAN
CCleaner - ALL CLEAN
adware cleaner - ALL CLEAN
HitMan Pro - ALL CLEAN
Kasperski (FULL SCAN) - ALL CLEAN
So with that being said I still cannot fix the file!

1. Uninstall service pack 1 http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/99064-windows-7-service-pack-1-sp1-uninstall.html
2. reboot
3. Run sfc/scannow again. All is fine now?
4. let windows update install win7 service pack 1 again
5. reboot
6. Run sfc/scannow again. All is fine now?

Explorer.exe is an SP1 file.

I tried to post as solved but the link deleted my post ARRR! Anyway I have decided to bump up the OS to Win8 & keep my Win7 on my Z68. I use this Z77 mostly for gaming & decided it would be easier to simply bump the OS up to 8 specifically for that reason! Thanks for the help & I'm sorry I wasted time trying to fix it now as I could have already had it up & running. Thank You & I'm sure you will see me in the Win8 forums as well as here in the 7 forums!

2. In the elevated command prompt, copy and paste the command below and press enter.

Wusa.exe /uninstall /kb:976932

What happens?
