Explorer.exe Crashes Constantly When Accessing Control Panel

Hello,


I have explorer.exe crashing when I try to open the Control Panel on Seven x64 and on some right clicking on files and on anything I search or try to open in the Start Menu.


I think the problem started after I created the Godmode folder through Windows 7 Manager from Yamisoft (I managed to get rid of Godmode anyway).

I can access all components of the Control Panel through the cpl files in Windows directory and none crashes but if I try to open the main Control Panel window explorer crashes.

I run ShellExView and disabled all Shell extension which are NOT from Microsoft and the problem persist.
The problem doesn't occur in Safe Boot mode.
I checked the Event Viewer and the explorer crashes have this info:

I than run sfc while in safe mode since it wouldn't start in normal mode and it says that it couldn't repair some files.

For now, if you haven't already, uninstall Windows 7 Manager from Yamicsoft. When doing so undo "changed settings" if it asks.
Run sfc /scannow. See SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
If that doesn't help do a Repair Install. See Windows 7 - Repair Install

Hello Fimble and thank you for the help and the welcome. :)

As I wrote in my first post I did already try scannow both from safe mode (F8) and offline through the installation disk since it doesn't work when I am logged in and in both cases it finds errors but it cannot repair them.
I copied part of the results in my first post but can copy them all if necessary or upload the cbs log somewhere.

In the meanwhile I installed the SP1 in the hope there would be a hotfix but no luck.

I also uninstalled Seven Manager from Yamicsoft (it did not offer "undo settings") but that too had no results.

Any more suggestion please?

I have upped some crash dump files which I somehow managed to create following a tutorial I found elsewhere:

I tried to inspect the dump files myself but when I do I get this error:

But I am not very expert so probably I didn't open the files properly since have never done it before.
