explorer.exe doesn't load on start up !!

hi all....
whenever i start windows 7 7260....the explorer.exe service doesn't load..
i get a my documents folder opened when i start windows 7
then i need to start the task manager by pressing ctrl+alt+delete and then need to run explorer.exe as a new task !!
please help so that it starts loading explorer.exe by default on start up !! :shock:

I did a quick Google search for your problem and one of the top links was this. Check through there, because I noticed a solution or two.
