Explorer.EXE, help with screenshot

I have tried to find this as it instructs me to do so in control panel but I am not having any luck.

Ok, I tried to troubleshoot but didn't do very well so I remembered something that has been an issue for a long long time and I'm wondering if it has anything to do with some of my errors.

Here's a screenshot , even if I uninstall and re install the security center doesn't read that I have AV but I have had Kaspersky for years and it's updated and functioning well. Why would this happen?


Ok, I forgot to add one thing , I look in event viewer and it shows I have a mix of warnings or errors, and some say critical but when I click on critical all it says is "windows has started up " . I never new if windows starts it's a critical error , what gives .

I suppose when I get a BSOD it will show smooth sailing , does 237 warnings and errors mean dooms day for me and my electronic friend?

The Action Center doesn't really do much to help a user in my experience. Some AVs just aren't recognized, but you know you have one.

Don't fret about "dire" warnings and such in event viewer either, we all have 100s to 1000s of them. If some process doesn't start within 100ms w7 may flag that as a critical warning.

I'm sure if any are good but some programs will have more issues than others,
Most of my errors are with Photoshop or recently mabm during the buggy upgrade to 2.0 and reverting back to 175..
Otherwise fairly clean ?

But if the errors are mostly about your security being recognized might be unavoidable I would ask them what's up with that

Click Start and type in the search box,
msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
Repeat the screen shots,

I have found action center to be very useful, sometimes even finding a solution to fix a problem. Does explorer.exe crash often for you? If so It could be a program or special context menu causing the problem.

Help and support is very useful found on the start menu. You can read more about action center there and how to use it.
