I deleted framework now and how to dowload them again ?

I have a round 15 updates in windows update to framework

Damn, now i know!!!! I installed inte process graphics and it fixed, ni slow explorer and no grey icon, BUT THE GAMES LAGG NOW whit the intel process installed

What should I do ?

OBS, I DOWLOAD THE GRAPHICS DRIVER IN WINDOWS UDPDATE, I THINK IT OLD ONE , should I try to dowload at the intels Webb?

The problem is not in safe mode, just in normal mode.
