Explorer++ finds strange Chinese characters - How to open them?

I used Explorer++ as a replacement to windows explorer. Tested it's search feature to look for a AT&T text file. It finds strange Chinese characters that Windows search doesn't find.

I have no idea why it found these or why they are on my system. I'd look at them in a text editor then copy and paste the contents to Google Translate to see what these documents say, but they are not click able. No location address is given for these files either.

How can I make these clickable and open them in an editor?

I see this got moved out of General.. it really is only a Windows question however.. it does not matter what program I used to find these Chinese files - (These files have nothing to do with the Explorer++ program) with any Chinese files on my system of this sort.. what do I use to open them?

Windows itself must have some way to access and display the contents of these files. Do I need support for Chinese characters before a text editor will be able to open them? I want to know.. why are these files in Windows not clickable.

Are you sure this is a Windows issue? Have you found these files using other search utilities? The search window screenshot makes me think it didn't complete the operation (even though it appears you may have halted the operation -- by observation of the "cancelled" notation at the bottom).

I don't use the premium version of Explorer++ so can't try the search feature myself, but I would've expected the search window to be usable even if the search was manually interrupted before it completed the scan.
