Solved Explorer text underlined

Greetings

Suddenly today I find the text in right window of explorer is underlined and I cannot get it back to the original state. I have tried reinstalling the default fonts. It may have started because I underlined some text in a forum message and have been back to that forum and taken the underlining out. I have rebooted and get the same.

Help would be appreciated.

Do you still have to double click the folders to open them or does a single click open them?

It would appear that you have selected Underline icon tiles consistent with my browser instead of Underline icon tiles only when I point at them, as shown in the first example.
