Export Contacts from Thunderbird

Hello,

How can i export my contacts from thunderbird? Like I have 1000 emails and I want to export their emails to a file so I can save them.

What I mean is I want to have a list of the emails, as an example :

[email protected]
[email protected]

As I said there are a lot of contacts so I can't do them manually, I did like a week to do that

Tools -> Address Book -> Tools -> Export

You can save them as comma seperated values, LDIF or Tab Delimited formats.
