Export with Task Scheduler?

I know. What for? We all have reasons for everything.

Is it possible to do an export with Task Scheduler?

Example: Export my Contacts to a specific Directory on a schedule. I don't know much about command lines. Could these be used?

Contacts from what program? Outlook, Thunderbird, ?????? They should be in a folder on the hard drive so it is possible to scheduled a backup to occur every night at a specific time.

Provide more info and we can help you set this up. I have a batch driven backup that runs every night at 3AM to do similar things. I also have Acronis True Image doing a nightly backup as well.

On contacts, I meant those in Windows Live Mail. There is a folder at Users>(Name) but that Contact files doesn't contain the any contacts. I also wanted to do the same thing with Email Messages.

I want to do a scheduled backup o these two files.

For E-mail: Where Does Windows Live Mail Store My Mail?

The easiest way to do this is to create a batch file (.bat or .cmd) that backs up the data from those locations to where ever you want it to go. Once you have that working, then schedule it to run automatically every day.
To setup a scheduled task, click on Start and type scheduled then click on Scheduled Tasks. Click on Create Basic Task and follow instructions.

You point it to the batch file created previously.
