In my friend's PC, I wanted to extend his (C) Drive's Size. But I failed to do it.Firstly, I used "Disk Management" to do it,then I used diskpart and then a Third Party Software.

All of them failed to extend C drive.

Screenshots :

Note : In my PC I can extend C Drive easily.

My friend's OS : Windows 7 Home Basic x86(32 Bit)
I've tried all the tutorials and ways found in the internet to do it. But I failed.

A third party software like Acronis Disk Director Boot Disk or Partition Wizard should have been able to do the job easily.

While answering ignatzatsonic, please also enclose a screen-shot of your hard disk that contains the C Drive.

You want to use free Partition Wizard bootable CD to Resize. Watch this video to understand how it's done: Partition Wizard Move/Resize Partition Video Help.

In this case rightclick on E: grab it with mouse and slide intact to the right to take up the Free space, click OK.

Then do the same with D, click OK, apply steps. You should now have the Free Space to the right of C, so you can rightclick C to Resize, drag the right border of C to the right to take up the space.

In Disk Mgmt you must rightclick Free Space to Delete Volume to make it Unallocated Space once it's outside of the Logical (green) boundaries, however Partition Wizard views Unallocated and Free space interchangeably for the purpose of Resizing.

If there are problems let us know for further help.
