external hdd not found :(
I have 3 USB ports. When I use one for mouse.. it works fine.. but when i plugged in my External HDD it wont recognize it.. this started just now after i got home from school (i have a feel my brother is trying to sabotage my laptop)
anyway.. im not knowledgeable in terms on computer stuff but i checked a few remedies before i got here..
i checked out my device's conditon on Device Manager and it has this yellow triangle with exclaimation mark in it.. i checked the properties and it says:
"This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)
Access is denied.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver."

What happened after you updated the driver.
