External USB Flash detecting But not opening

Hi, I'm new to this forum, My problem is When i connect USB flash (i tried different pendrives in different port) It shows the name of my pendrive and size . But when i try to open it "---_---_---_has stopped working". this message popping up and nothing opening.Plz help

Did you try this usb in another computer? And, of course, you are doing the Safely Remove Hardware and Eject Media, correct?
