I recently did a core upgrade on my computer (CPU, Motherboard, and Memory), and with the new hardware sporting USB 3.0 ports came some USB connectivity issues with my mouse and keyboard. Long story short, the mouse would occasionally stop responding for a moment and then begin again after the USB disconnect sound played and the keyboard would occasionally disconnect during reboot and not reconnect. I think I have that particular issue sorted right now, but my attempts to troubleshoot the problem included a full uninstall / reinstall of my USB drivers which has left me with several extra entries into the USB controllers list in Device Manager. In addition to this, or potentially as a result of this, external drives connected since before power on are now discovered some time after reaching the desktop as if they were only just connected. Prior to this, and drive connected from power on would just appear in my hard drives list in my computer rather than needing to be discovered.
Anyway, here is a shot of my USB controllers list, I'm hoping someone can spot some superfluous entries listed there that might be causing my current issue:

1*OCZ Vertex 2 60GB SSD;
