F8 And Opening Screen

Hello,

Have a 3 year old HP Pavillion Desktop.

Up until recently, when I started the PC and repeatedly pressed the F8 key, I had a screen that
allowed me to select "Disable Signed Drivers Requirement," or something very similar; can't remember the exact wording.

Something obviously changed, due to my fiddling around, or whatever.

I no longer have this screen coming up with F8.
Pressing F10 doesn't do it either.

Any idea on how to bring it back with F8

I have a program that has unsigned driver difficulties, and this is about the only way to run it.

Try F5 perhaps?
