How can i make a shortcut for Facebook and Twitter that automatically logins to my account when i click the shortcut like the android devices? I prefer not by integrating the password to the web browser.

Windows 8.1 has something for you.

• Facebook app for Windows in the Windows Store
• Twitter app for Windows in the Windows Store

Unfortunately apps does not support windows 7. Even if you make a shortcut, that will still open in the browser window.

I agree apps use a browser and internet connection for updates,
There isn't much of a difference between the two except an app doesn't ever close it's a constant resource hog,
At least you can close a browser window and the process is also closed
