Factory uses 6S HouseKeeping

Can somebody explain to me why my factory uses a 6S House Keeping programme and they feel that this is important?

They use; Sort, Stabilise, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Safety.

I guess they use Shine to Clean your area and the workplace and look for ways to keep it clean. But could you elaborate on this? And for each one why is it important?

The only way to know for sure is to ask your I.T. Department.
I highly recommend not to fool around with you workplace computers.
If you keep snooping and trying things you could loose you job.
