Fail to update Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 (KB2781514), errorcode:643

Windows 7 x64 is failing to install this update so it's always availible and always try to update when I'm turning off my computer. It's freaking annoying. How to overcome this problem? Can you make Windows NOT to install this perticular update?
