Failed Administrator user profile

can anyone please help me? Everytime i try to log in with my administrator user profile, i always read this " user profile service failed to load". Why is that? I really need to open it because all my important files are in there. I can open the other user account (guest) but the problem is I put a parental control there so all i can open is games and this browser. Please help!

This error is the result of a corrupted user profile for your administrator account. The steps in the tutorial below may be able to help fix the profile of your administrator account.
