Failed bootup, cannot access safe mode help

my pc semi froze, wouldn't let me access control manager and browsers forze but other applications were working. So i decided to restart my pc and upon restarting it froze on the bootup screen (windows logo). I tryed accessing safe mode but got stuck on " \windows\system32\DRIVERS\CLASSPNP.SYS ". Once it crashes on the boot up and I press the reset button my main drive is no longer detected by my bios but when i fully shut down the pc and start it up again it gets detected no problem. I have browsed around and I have seen a lot of people stating it was bitdefender, but as I cannot gain access to my safe mode to restore or delete it I have no idea if it really is that. I would like to hear your suggestions on the problem, I could take my ssd out and put it in an external drive and plug it into my laptop to try and delete bitdefender but as its mounted to the floor of an antec 902 and its pretty jam packed in there id need to removed my gfx cards hard drive trays, and power supply just to get to it and that is something I really dont have the time for. I have also tried clearing my bios but no luck.

That is a link to a tutorial to make a bootable scan service CD or USB flash drive.
Have you tried tapping F8 during boot to access Startup repair?
