Failed download but satisfied customer!

Apologies as this is almost a repost of a message in "Installation", but I reckon it is worth a wider audience. Yesterday I reported that my Digital River student download would not work, and I did also send a message to them. A few minutes ago I received a mail from Microsoft saying that the download should now work, that they had sent a DVD, but that I would also be refunded the full amount, thus getting the Student Offer Pro 64 for free.

I am gobsmacked and very impressed!

The fact that they made something truly remarkable that goes by the name of Windows 7 proves that they are finally listening to its users
