after the update,i cant access access the control even the windows update

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data
If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

I also need to see your Event Logs..

Open Event Viewer
click on the Windows logs entry in the left pane to expand it.
Now click on the Application entry - wait while it loads.
Click on 'File' in the menu bar and select Save...
Save the file as Appevt.evtx
Repeat for the System log
then zip both, and upload them.

The CBS folder is probably too big - delete the older CBSPersist logs and try again.
The forum doesn't accept .evts files, you have to zip them first (and the bare files are probably too big anyhow)

This sounds as if you may be running in a guest account, or have UAC switched off.

Please open a Command Prompt window, and run the following commands - post the results.

REG QUERY HKU
REG QUERY HKCU


To run the commands easier, highlight the block of commands, and right-click on the highlight – select Copy. In the CP Window, click on the black/white icon at top left – select Paste. The commands will run but may not complete the last command, so hit the Enter Key once.
To copy the results... click on the Black/White icon in the top left, and select Edit... 'Select All', and hit the Enter key - then use Ctrl+V or r-click+Paste to paste it into your response.

I'll be honest and say that I have no idea how to fix that! :-(
I'll have a think and get backto you.

About the only thing I can think to do is create a new User Profile, and transfer your data from the existing profile to the new one.
First create a new User, and then reboot into the new user and see if Windows Update behaves as expected in that profile. If so, then we have a possible way forward.

Hmmm..
I don't like resorting to this - but it will at least tell us whether the problem is system-wide or confined to the one account..

Enable the hidden Admin account then log out, and log in to the Administrator account.

See if you can access the Control Panel from there - and create a new User (with Admin privileges) there.
If that works, then immediately log out of the Administrator account, and log into the new user account, and check settings.

If that's OK, disable the Administrator account again, and post back with results.
