Hallo everyone, newbie here.. :D

I have a window home premium on my Lenovo Ideacentre B320. Right now I have trouble on installing my mobile modem (it's a cdma modem) on it. I already try to switch to other cdma modem, but no luck yet.

I already install, uninstall, and reinstall, but the problem persist. The modem has no problem with my Lenovo netbook.

Can anyone help me, please?? :( Thanks..

Rightclick on the connection icon in the bottom right system tray, run Troubleshooter.

Check in Device Manager to see if the Network Adapter is installed.

Next in Network and Sharing Center, click on Change Adapter Settings, see if Ethernet Adapter is enabled.

So sorry gregrocker, I tried but it didn't work. It turns out that my windows7 is 64 bit, which is not compatible with the modem. So I have to find the driver first. Then I found out that prolink already provide the driver on program file (from other comp that succeed installing it), it is for AMD, but it works! So problem solved..! Thanks anyway.

This is why I suggested you look in Device Manager to see if the driver was installed for the device.

Thank you Gregrocker, I did open the device manager, but at first it shows the device as DATA INTERFACE with question mark. So I try to update the driver using AMD 64 bit, and it works afterward.
