Failure in reading User Profile after system power on

I have a HP PC (Pavillion G series, CoreI5) with Windows7 @64bit.
Since some time, after the PC power on, at the user log-in my personal settings are no more applied and Windows creates a temporary profile.
If I restart the PC, the system will correctly start and will apply the personal settings.
So, it seems, for some reason, that the issue is linked to the power on.

I see a "fault" in the event Log (attached), but I can't understand it.
Hope someone can help me with this.

If you don't have a lot of data on it, I would move it to C:\ and create a new user account and delete the old one, then copy the stuff to the proper locations in the new account.

A system restore MIGHT work, depending on the issue.

A full system restore [to day one] seems like more efforts is required to be able to do that than to create a new account [especially if you have data you want to save]

Deleting the account, or restoring to day one means moving the data to a safer location. When creating a new account, you can always just move what you're saving to C:\
