Fake virus warning (javascript)

Accidentally I clicked somewhere...got this thing, screenshot attached below. Dont try to go to the website anyway, I am not sure if it really contain any malware. But, this is a peculiar example of Virus warning site, possible of newer type.

For the newbies, dont click anything if these appears in your screen, coolly close the tab and smartly run your antivirus for mental peace.

How I got it? I was searching google images for start orb. Clicked a picture and this website came to make a joke with me

FINALLY! Someone with the same problem as me! I have the exact same problem. I was searching google images for pictures of the spanish football player Puyol, and I get a similar error. I already tried boot scanning with avast, normal scans with a bunch of antivirus's, and a bunch of other things, and nothing works =/

No, virus scan's work, but they don't detect anything. Even boot scan doesn't detect anything.

Thats a misleading thing.

My or your system is not infected. Its a false and fake message created using javascript.

Google has some thing wrong with their image search (now). Thats an ip of an adult site..(checked from WHOIS)...it has nothing to do with start orb (I searched for start orb).

This is why I posted it here as a warning. dont click ok or cancel.
