Fan controller recommendations

First thanks to the gents who input into my h60 cooler problem.
So this cpu cooler is running on my system a speed of 4K rpm, according to corsair that could be to do with the bios multiplier. So lets assume cpu cooler is running correctly, theres a vibration noise thats bugging me.
I have done a number of things to reduce noise between fan and the rad so to reduce noise. my system is I5 3470 and is running between 20 c to 30 C and case temp is 28 C well in scope i think.
I was thinking of reducing the speed of the cooler, if its possible, by a fan controller. Im going to reduce the speed of the fan first and other little things that can be done before the purchase of a controller, so any recommendations on a controller and what sort of temp would i be best keeping the cpu between.

I believe, if you will check with Corsair, the 4K RPMs is the pump not the fans. The pump is supposed to run 100% all the time. If you are having noise coming from the pump, you may need to contact Corsair Tech Support. How long have you had the H60? The noise can be caused by air in the system which should have worked it's way out in a few days to a week. Tilt your case backwards, forward and side to side and see if the noise gets worse or better. That will help get any trapped air out of the loop.

I did say the cpu cooler, I never mentioned fan speed. What i said was the vibration between fan and rad, and im assuming the rad will vibrate, due to the pump of the cpu cooler, seeing as its a "system" . if the cpu cooler is supposed to run at 100% then i will not reduce pump speed then. But i can control the speed of the case fans. And i was thinking that the fan controller would output the rpm of the cpu cooler pump and confirm what rpm is actually being produced.

I've had an H50 and an H100 and have never had the fans vibrate. The Corsair fans are quite loud so I use other fans on mine. As far as a fan controller, I doubt if I can help you. There are numerous ones, some better than others what I use is a Sunbeam Rheobus Extreme. It will control 6 fans but does not tell you the RPM of the fans, it just has LED Knobs to turn the fans up or down. But, it works and does a good job for me. I have an Asus board, but Gigabyte must have similar programs that will tell you the RPM of the fans and allow you to control them if they are plugged into the motherboard. Bios will also tell you the speed of the fans usually.
