Fan controller suggestions

Hello all!

Today, I come to ask this forum for suggestions for a PCI fan controller. This sounds awfully obvious to find out myself, the issue that comes up is the fact that I require a controller that can control two Vantec Tornado case fans. They are bloody loud as hell when they run on full RPM, full voltage. I've read some awful stories about some PCI fan controllers that people have bought that caused their entire PC to stop operating due to short circuiting. I'm slightly afraid to buy a random controller due to this and considering that I have not one, but two Vantec case fans, I'd need something special. I do stress that I need this to be a PCI card, not a 5.25 inch bay.

A few places that used to sell them have them marked as "discontinued" so probably isn't made anymore.

That really is a shame because looking at it being able to pwm control all your case fans to set temps or spin them up or down for set performance setting is way cool......get it.....way cool !
