I've been searching for a while, but I haven't been able to find anything. Does anyone know if there is a flush 3.5 inch bay fan controller available? I don't have a spare 5.25 inch bay :( and my fans are loud, and my temps are low, but I want to find a middle ground lol.

Unfortunately, no. I think it has to be a touch screen, as my case (Thermaltake Armor series A90) has a door over the bays that is about 2 mm away from the 3.5 bay, and about 6 away from the 5.25 bays

The aerocool looks good, unfortunately the lian li looks a little better, but uses technology that apparently makes LED fans blink. I think I'm going to try out the aerocool, but I just wish newegg sold it, since I'm ordering more memory from them.

No, unfortunately. I didn't foresee this problem when i bought the case D: but it's a very small space between the door and the bay.

It should have enough room for an optical drive to open between the fins? If it does then the Ultra would work fine as it's only 3.5" mount and the outside knobs are inset a bit.
