Solved Fan/CPU Running High

I was wondering why my Fan/CPU is running high when the system isn't doing anything. So I looked at systems and found that my wmpnetwk.exe (Pic1) is taking up 2,473,980K. I said wow, and then I looked at my monitor (Pic2) and saw that my graph is showing alot of RAM being eaten up. Then I closed the processes and then my monitor (Pic3) showed that I had alot more free RAM. So how can I keep this process from running unless I need it?

Can you set it to manual in the services tab of msconfig?

Can you uncheck it in the startup tab of msconfig?

All fans PWM; speeds at idle: CPU circa 500 rpm; intake circa 600 rpm; exhaust circa 600 rpm; CPU temps 27 idle and 47 C load in a warm room (27 C/81 F) when running Intel Extreme Tuning Utility stress test.
I can do that, but it seems it switches back over to automatic again and starts up.
