Hey Guys.. I'm a bit lost in my attempt to make my windows 7 Ultimate the way i want it
I really want my windows 7 to look like this.. 7 xDark Transformation Pack by ~xuliikoo on deviantART

Have anyone tried to make Windows look like this... do i need to have xdark windows7 installed to do this.. and when i gonna install the Theme.. i get this messenger Cannot create Verdesh SteelFlash\Verdesh SteelFlash.msstyles


I really would like to have like a tutorial how to make this possible

And if anyone here know have this is done please let me know.

the theme is only for 32bit (x86) windows only - what version are you running?

windows 32 bit but does it matter if i dont have 7600

type winver into your start-menu searchbox, and you'll see.

i reckon it'll be 7600.

I have installed windows 7 ultimate without and update.. and i have also installed the program to make this theme and it says that i have a version windows 7 Xdark v3.7 RG deluxe but i have NOT installed windows 7 Xdark..

hmm - i could only download version 3 - which is for windows version 7601 - which is the new service pack version.

the service pack hasn't been officially released yet, which version have you downloaded?

it should say in the readme file.

How far have you done? Can you make windows look like that with that pack?

did you get it to work? Can u make windows look like that with that program? Or do u need more programs to do it?

sorry - i have been out playing poker, and now i've come home a little drunk and a little bit poorer.

i am unable to test the pack that i downloaded (version 3), as you need to install service pack 1 first.

as for needing other software, obviously you need something like 7zip or winrar to unzip the download, then i believe you have to run the universal theme patcher included in the extras folder.

and make sure you've disabled uac first.

I have almost done it.. but i cant fix the background pic in the folders.. you know the pic the looks like an old paper..
