Far Cry and Win7 64bit. Works! Here's what I did.

I right clicked on the setup file, /properties/compatibility/ selected XP service pack 3. I also did this for the AMD64bit update patches.

The game now runs smoothly, crash free and looks great as it always did. The 64 bit content seems to be there too.

What's your feedback?

Maybe you can help me with a remaining 'problem'.

5.1 sound does not work for me. My sound is Realtek HD (integrated). Any ideas?

Have you installed the latest drivers for the Realtek HD audio? Do you have a 5.1 setup?
