I haven't used Internet Explorer since like version 3.0 about, and it's always seemed like it runs much slower and less good features than Mozilla Firefox or even Chrome which I dislike. Right now I'm using Seamonkey which seems to run pretty well and has nifty add-ons and a nice download manager, but anyone know what the best one to use for Windows 7 is?

Chrome feels the fastest to me, although the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, IE, and even Opera all feel about the same. IE9 is a very good browser, and a must really for all IE users on Vista or Windows 7. After that, if you do prefer a different browser, you can't really go wrong with Chrome, FF, or Opera - but you'd likely be doing so for things like add-on support or portability. Speed above another choice would not be something you'd really be getting if using one of those 4, which is actually quite a nice change to the way things were about 5-6 years ago in the browser space.

How long is a piece of string???

You are asking for opinions.
Opinions are not always based on logic.

IE has changed over the years.
Suggest you try it again.

The best browser for you is the one YOU choose after testing whatever takes your fancy.
