I just ordered an external enclosure for my 3.5 80GB HDD, which is a FAT32 drive with all my old MP3's on it.
What I was wondering is , of course, will it run, by USB, in my Windows 7 64bit environment.................or can I at least pull the files off of the FAT32 HDD and somehow put them on my Win7 64bit system?:sarc:

any help would greatly be appreciated

thanks in advance

Yes. Windows 7 64 bit will read FAT 32. No need to copy them over unless you want to.
