Fatal BSOD start up

I've receive a blue screen recently, i've tried many way to fix it like
* try all option in F8, Hard disk self test, start up test and some other small test (some of them seem like fail in the primary battery)
safe mode also crash
Error: 0x0000006B(0x0000000000000000,0x0000000000000000,0x0000000000000000,0x0000000000000000

laptop type
Hp Pavilion dv6-6167 cl Notebook | 64-bit

I don't know much, so if you can help, please, explain step by step.

additional Info.

I can't turn on the laptop at all (this is another compter)
The screen just turn blue after the window logo.
It does restart once then it stay blue the second time.

And for some reason, i accidently delete my hp recovery.......

0x0000006B - The PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED.
Any part of the disk subsystem can cause the PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED bug check, including bad disks, bad or incorrect cables, mixing different ATA-type devices on the same chain, or drives that are not available because of hardware regeneration.
This bug check can also be caused by a missing file from the boot partition or by a driver file that a user accidentally disabled in the Drivers tab.

Will it start in Safe Mode? (Press and hold the F8 key as your computer starts.)
Run SFC /scannow.
