But not work it said

No restore point have been created on your computer's system drive
To create a restore point open (system protection)

I click at (system protection) but it said

Your computer is running in a limited diagnostic state . If you use System restore in this limited state , you cannot undo the restore operation .

I click ok and other thing it said

System restore does not affect any of your document , pictures , or other perdonal data
(How does system restore work?)

Only button on the system restore are cancel
Help me :/

If you have no Restore Points to use even from System Recovery Options then you'll need to try to undo the registry edits you did to see if it will start. Doing a lot of tampering with the registry without having a lot of Restore Points is reckless: System Protection - Change Disk Space Usage

You can also try SFC /SCANNOW Command which may repair modded or damaged System files or set them back to default. This can also be run from disk Recovery Options following SFC /SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot.

There is a registry backup which can be restored sometimes following these sames steps for a Startup Repair Infinite Loop Recovery - Windows 7 Forums .

Another option may be to do a Repair Install .

But if you're regularly ruining Win7 with inadvisable tampering like you did then what I would do is take the time now to do a perfect Clean Reinstall Windows 7 and then stick with only the tools and methods given which assure you'll keep it that way.
