I have Windows 7 home installed on my Aspire one, I have tried to instal an IP security camera but I k
keep getting "Sorry. Your system seems to no have libRCodec.dll.
Having carried out a search on the web RegCure offered to rectify the issue,
Naving Purchased, installed and tried the software I have found no improvement and as such contacted RegCure requesting a solution or my payment back. However j
if anyone has come across and resolved this problem I would appreciate your help.

Thanks

Are you trying to install CMS Webcam Software for EASYN Remote Webcams? If so, This Software is for XP only, use the XP Compatibilty Mode and it should work.

In the future, I would suggest checking with the software vendor whenever you have problems with a product, they have a vested interest in attempting to solve your issue. RegCure is really only interested in selling their product which may or may not help.

That dll is by default located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Central Management System\VF-E-E43-A1
Copy the libRCodec.dll into either:
If your Windows OS is 32bit use C:\Windows\System32 or
If your Windows OS is 64bit use C:\Windows\SysWOW64
