Favorites Toolbar

Hello

I joined especially to ask this question. Can I add a Favorites Toolbar to all Windows Explorer windows?

Not to the sidebar - that's already there and happily scrolls out of view all the time.:sarc:

I haven't used windows in some time, but I'm sure it was there in XP.

I've just checked - it is there in XP - called Links.
