I am using the Google Reader for my RSS Feed. Mine is configured thur Firefox and
Gmail. I know this is not exactly what you ask for but it is one way to handle
RSS feeds quite well.

the one that came default with windows
and the problem is the feeds are not updating unless i open IE!!!
