Feedback Poll (and Rant)

I started my download from MS...but it all went wrong after around 200Mb (my refusal to use IE probably didn't help), so I got my copy from a torrent site, and my key from microsoft...though it's one of the very, very popular keys

I did!! I'd just clicked it for the umteenth time that day so carried on and suggested it was not the best of locations.

one of the main reasons for opening this Beta to the public was, I believe, to test the Windows 7 operating system on as many hardware and software environments as possible. There is no way that Microsoft can hope to test in all variations but this is as good an attempt as is possible.

Therefore I believe that if you experience a glitch, however minor, and even if no one else can duplicate it you should send feedback without fail. The data that is sent with the report is the important thing, although the chance to add your point of view is welcome and can be quite therapeutic when things are going wrong.

Seems people are always complaining that MS doesn't listen to what they think. Well this is your chance to 'have a voice'. This chance probably won't come along again for several years. Don't miss out. I always send feedback when I find a problem or something I think could use some improvement. Also when I find something I really like.

I was a little apprehensive about this post before I posted it, but I also know that our members are mature and intelligent enough to discuss this topic safely and without jumping on anyone who has a differing idea.

I'm very interested in reading everyone's opinions on this, so basically, this is kind of a Bump to keep it going for awhile longer.

No news is good news IMO, I have sent all the issues that I had myself and have nothing to send them anymore, I suppose I could just let them know how great everything is but I don't think it's the kind of feedback they are looking for LOL

Well I didn't run it long enough to find any major faults so didn't send feedback, sorry Chappy I can't tick the poll as I'm not using it now so they don't really apply to me.

There was only one problem I had but that was I think mainly with IE8 and my mail order catalogue payment process not being geared to it yet, apart from that things were very good. I didn't have all my programs installed though as I knew I wouldn't run it to the end so only put a few things on the system.

Having the feedback did not bother me at all and had I carried on using the OS I would certainly have used it.
