for past few days I am having certain issues with my w7

my start up is quite slow compared to the past & the icons are taking around 20 - 30 secs to show up properly when system starts.

And it shows Audio Service Not running for a while and later gets ok.
Today it shows audio service not running while I am listening to some song

here, this link shows exactly what I see now

can some one give me some suggestions what I could possibly do.

The only thing I know is I have installed lots of media related softwares as I thought I had a problem with HD videos which at last was found the file was corrupt (when I asked my friend to check it out on his pc, only then I came to this conclusion) and not the codecs
I have turned off Bluetooth, as I don't need it.

1. Try using CCleaner to clean your drive.
2. Also, you might want to disable startup items you don't need of don't frequently use.
3. And here's a small set of commands that will clear your icon cache:
(make a new text document, insert the code below and save it "Clear icon cache.BAT", choosing to view "All files" when you make the save; make sure the filename ends with .bat and not .txt)

Code:
taskkill /IM explorer.exe /F
CD /d %userprofile%\AppData\Local
attrib -h -s -a -r IconCache.db
DEL IconCache.db /a
explorer
pause
P.S. Don't worry about the "Audio Service not running" issue. It's just a small display glitch/bug.
