FF & TB do not work IE does ...HELP!
I am running the RTC version and everything was just great until I installed an then later uninstalled Download Accelerator Plus.
Since then :
Both Firefox and Thunderbird can't connect to the internet.
I have no problem with IE8.
Skype connects ok but not Trillian Astra.
Time synchronization with NTP server works.
Used the Windows DVD and used the repir function but no luck.
Any suggestions please?

Sounds like quite a mess. I've check for any lingering services that may still be running from the installation of the accelerator. Just a thought...

Using install DVD from within Win 7 and upgrade option fixed it. Avoided a complete re-install..whew!
